Adam Minns

Adam heads COBA, leading its work across public affairs, policy, media communications and member relations, reporting to COBA’s board. He joined from Pact, the trade association for UK independent production companies, where he was Director of Policy. Prior to Pact, Adam was UK film editor of Screen International, the leading film business publication. He has written for the Financial Times and Independent on Sunday, and is co-author of A Guide to Film Tax Relief. He sits on the board of the Advertising Association and the Committee for Advertising Practice, and is a member of the British Screen Forum, the CICI, and the BFI sector task-force. He regularly speaks at industry and policy events.
